Inmarsat Mini-M |

Mini-M service offers digital voice, fax,
and data transmission globally. It supports voice transmission
up to 4.8 kbps, fax, data and STU-III transmission up
to 2.4 kbps (STU-III support for NEC terminals only).
Designed to exploit the spot beam power of the Inmarsat-3
satellites, Mini-M terminals are small (laptop size),
lightweight (about 6 lbs) and economical. Service is also
available for maritime and aeronautical terminals. |

Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) and
Homeland Security & Maritime Safety Solutions that
make it possible to perform a broad range of data applications.
Using a small, inexpensive satellite terminal, users can
send and receive data files and reports up to 32 kilobytes.
Terminals are simple and inexpensive, small enough to
be hand carried or fitted to any vessel, vehicle or aircraft. |

Inmarsat R-BGAN |

Regional BGAN is a wireless packet data
service based on Internet Protocol (IP) via satellite
offering mobile, high-speed access to the Internet and
corporate IT networks using a lightweight, portable Satellite
UT (User Terminal). Regional BGAN is an "Always On"
service where users are only billed for the amount of
data transferred, rather than the time spent on line.
